FuelPass - Fuel QR Code System
A multi-stakeholder mobile UX system for Sri Lanka's QR-based fuel rationing programme — purpose-built for shed owners, pump operators, and drivers.
Fuel shed owners had no real-time inventory visibility, pump operators lacked a structured dispensing workflow, and drivers had no way to locate fuel or check wait times before travelling.
Conducted stakeholder interview analysis across three user groups, mapped individual pain-point matrices, and translated findings into a role-scoped interface architecture with dedicated flows per stakeholder.
Delivered 11 high-fidelity screens across 3 user flows — including a QR scan outcome state machine, live fuel stock dashboard, station availability map, and a notification system and the Design Specification Document — within a 3-hour in-class design challenge.
