Caregivers needed a calmer way to monitor infant comfort and safety without constant manual checking.
Approach
Ran user-centered design research, mapped caregiver journeys, and translated the findings into an embedded prototype and companion UI.
Outcome
Built a working cradle with sensor telemetry, alerts, OLED feedback, and a mobile dashboard that improved task success in evaluations from 60% to 90%.
